As we go through each module, you will be asked to complete parts of this for your homework. As you complete the program you find you will have completed a 'business plan by accident', making what can seem like an ardouos task quite painless and simple. Once you have a living, breathing business plan that works for you, you can then start to review and tweak this on an ongoing business, making this a coaching program that remains with you for the life of your business.

We have designed our coaching packages to be delivered as innovative on-line coaching packages, with the option to add in telephone or face-to-face sessions with your coach, as this is the most affordable and convenient delivery for you. However know that some of you may prefer to complete your coaching purely by telephone or face-to-face. We offer telephone coaching for £1250 for a 10 hour package that takes your through the modules above, or you can meet face-to-face with your coach for £1500 for the same 10 hour package.
