As the Director of Work on the Business, Nicola Bird holds a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Occupational Psychology and is a qualified Coach and user of the Strength Deployment Inventory®. In addition she has over ten years experience working in both commercial and public sector organisations including PricewaterhouseCoopers and the NHS in both management, recruitment and training positions.

With her strong organisational skills and practical approach Nicola also specialises in delivering bespoke project plans for owners of small businesses and providing one-to-one business coaching and support.

Nicola is supported by a team of coaches who have many years of experience coaching in the small business field.

penny lowe 

Penny is a qualified accountant and as such has worked with a wide range of small and medium-sized businesses. She also has an MBA and a PGCE teaching qualification.

Her personal passion is developing others. She does this through coaching and training and runs sessions for local colleges and employers including management, accounts, problem solving, time management to name a few.

 Penny chose to become a coach so that she could best support the clients she works with. For Penny, there is nothing better than an email from a client to say ‘I’ve done it, thank you’. She knows it is the individual who deserves the praise.

Dawn has been described as having a relaxed style that is engaging and motivating as well as being highly persuasive. Her real passion is for wanting her clients to be the best they can be, she has worked with many who have gone on to achieve things they never thought possible.

Dawn uses her background , expertise and experience in business management, coaching and DISC profiling to bring about practical and lasting change for her clients and their businesses

Over the last 20 years, Dawn has worked in small privately owned businesses as well as large, global, blue chip organisations. She has gained experience in Research and development, Purchasing, Public Relations, Manufacturing, Logistics, Innovation and more recently Human resources at a senior level.
